We had an external water leak from the mains to the house. Locating the leak was tricky as it was showing up many metres from the actual leak because of our sloping block. Jim did a great job finding and repairing the leak that included cutting and repairing concrete. The repairs were done in our absence because of COVID-19. Jim kept us in the loop during the day by phone and photos. We are very pleased with the work – fast and efficient, area made good and all mess cleared up. NCP and Jim were a pleasure to deal with. As ever, NCP remain our go-to plumbers and we have recommended to friends.
