We will pay you $5 for every 5mins we are late from our agreed time up to a value of $50.
If we ever hit the $50 limit you will also receive a $25 NCP discount voucher to use on your next plumbing job.

If any unforeseen delays occur, we will give you a courtesy call and agree on our new arrival time.

This will always be at least 15 – 30 mins prior to our agreed time.

One thing we will absolutely guarantee is that we won’t leave you waiting and wondering where your plumber is.

If we know our delay will be more than an hour we will not leave this to the last minute to advise you – we respect your time.

The labour component of job will only be given free of charge if it is proven that NCP was accountable for leaving the work area dirtier than at the commencement of work. The term “dirtier” refers to tradesman’s rubbish left lying around, mud or dirt on the floors or carpets, scratch marks on floors or walls.
The term “work area” pertains to Nature Coast Plumbing employee’s immediate work area.

Nature Coast Plumbing will not be accountable for any existing stains, marks or scratches on any surface, floors or walls.

A water leak detected after our tradesman has left or at a date later does not constitute the worksite being untidier or dirty.

Maximum amount refunded on any job is $400.
